Larry Browning

Founding Board Member

Larry S. Browning graduated from DePauw University in 1975 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Political Science Major. He directs all aspects of the acquisition including management, development, analysis, and disposition of investment of real estate for the investment partnerships formed by the company. He has acted as

developer, exchanger, manager, principal and broker on real estate located across the United States. Recently relocating his office from Indianapolis to Shelbyville has allowed him the time to focus on major development opportunities in his hometown. Larry has over 44 years of experience in the commercial real estate business.

 

Mr. Browning is a past President of the S.E.C. (Society of Exchange Counselors) and was proud to be named the 2000 S.E.C. Counselor of the Year and Cliff Weaver Award recipient. He was past President of the Board of Directors for the Shelby County United Fund and the first executive director of the Blue River Foundation. 

 

Larry and his wife Connie have been married for over forty years and have three children, Carrie Jack, Adam Browning, Bess Browning and seven grandchildren.
